A brand-new childcare facility opening in the Forest Lawn neighbourhood is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Assistant or Level 3 Childcare Educator to join our team. Position Details - Schedule: Monday to Friday - Role: 1:1 Support Staff - Compensation: To be discussed upon hiring Candidate Requirements We are looking for someone with experience supporting high-needs children, including children with: - Autism - Speech delays - Global developmental delays - Behavioral challenges Requirements: - Valid First Aid Certification (required upon start date) - Current Police Information Check (required upon start date) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting children This position is ideal for someone who is committed to making a meaningful difference by providing individualized support in a structured, nurturing, and inclusive workplace.
