The Chance As a Retail Team Lead, you are responsible for being an insurance expert while motivating, coaching, and encouraging employees. Your leadership will bring the goals, purpose, and vision for the employees into focus and help execute them through collaboration and relationship building. Full‑time career working out of our Calgary Fisher Street branch location.
