As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair services to our clients while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling and customer service will help enhance our clients' experiences and promote their satisfaction. Duties Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences. Maintain a clean and organized work area by regularly sanitizing tools and equipment. Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care and styling. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking clients in, and processing payments. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products. Experience Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in upselling services and retail products is a plus. Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
