Job Types: Temporary to Permanent Work Location: NE Calgary, Transit Accessible Pay Rate: Starting from $23/ hour Schedule: Monday – Friday (8hr shifts); Schedule will be a rotation of day and afternoon/night shifts What You’ll Do: - Maintaining CHEP - enter/update the online account. - Planning inbound and outbound loads and coordinate drivers to ensure on-time deliveries. - Monitor schedules and adjust to keep operations running like clockwork. - Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members to resolve issues quickly. - Audit, track shipments and keep accurate records. - Support logistics planning to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: - 1-year experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation. - Solution-focused team players that can work well under pressure. - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to take initiative. - Strong multitasking and organizational skills. - Excellent communication – both with drivers on the road and customers on the phone. - Tech-savvy with dispatch/logistics systems.
