Office Administrator (with Accounts Receivable Support) We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office while assisting with occasional accounts receivable and accounting-related tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, customer-service focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities - Provide general office administrative support including filing, document management, data entry, and correspondence - Support accounts receivable functions including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding accounts - Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting data entry using accounting software - Maintain organized and accurate records for financial and office-related documentation - Assist with account reconciliation and reporting as required - Coordinate office supplies, internal documentation, and administrative processes - Support management and team members with administrative projects and day-to-day operational tasks - Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment information - Assist with maintaining productive office procedures and identifying process improvements Qualifications & Skills - Previous experience in an office administration, receptionist, or administrative support role preferred - Exposure to accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or basic accounting functions is considered an asset - Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems is beneficial - Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail - Accurate data entry and record-keeping abilities - Robust communication and customer service skills - Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software - Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of administrative responsibilities with light financial and accounts receivable support duties.
