Responsibilities Assist with planting, watering, and maintaining cannabis crops using irrigation systems and horticultural best practices Operate and troubleshoot cultivation equipment, including mechanical tools and irrigation systems Perform routine plant care tasks such as pruning, trimming, and harvesting in accordance with safety and quality standards Use hand tools for various gardening and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal plant health Monitor plant growth and health, recording data accurately for quality control purposes Conduct heavy lifting of plants, soil, or equipment as needed during planting or harvest periods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cultivation area to ensure compliance with safety regulations Support the setup and calibration of environmental controls such as lighting, humidity, and temperature systems Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in horticulture, gardening, or related fields is preferred but not required Basic understanding of irrigation systems and plant care techniques Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools is advantageous Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and data recording Physical ability to lift heavy loads safely and stand for extended periods during work shifts Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety standards Willingness to learn about cannabis cultivation processes in a regulated environment This role offers an engaging chance for individuals interested in the cannabis industry to develop their skills within a professional setting dedicated to quality cultivation.
