About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established and growing firm in the financial services space to find a Portfolio Administrator to join their Calgary team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with investment professionals, supporting client portfolios, and building a long-term career in wealth or asset management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting Portfolio Managers with day-to-day portfolio administration and client servicing
• Preparing client reporting packages, performance summaries, and investment documentation
• Processing trades, account updates, and ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Assisting with onboarding new client accounts and maintaining existing relationships
• Liaising with internal teams and custodians to resolve discrepancies or inquiries
• Monitoring portfolios to ensure compliance with mandates and internal guidelines

What We're Looking For

• 1–5+ years of experience in a portfolio administration, investment operations, or wealth management support role
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio structures
• Experience with portfolio management systems or trading platforms is an asset
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset
• Progress toward or completion of CSC, CFA, or similar designations is considered an asset
