The Opportunity

An established consulting team focused on financial and operational transformation is continuing to invest in its Anaplan capability and is hiring at the Manager and Senior Manager level.

This role will play a key part in delivering planning and performance management solutions, while also contributing to team growth, client engagement, and solution development. The position offers exposure to a range of industries and complex transformation programs.

Role Overview

You will take ownership of both solution delivery and client engagement, working across the full lifecycle of Anaplan implementations. In parallel, you will support team development and contribute to broader commercial initiatives within the practice.

This is a blended role suited to individuals who combine strong hands-on Anaplan expertise with early-stage leadership experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee Anaplan implementation projects from design through deployment
• Translate business needs into practical planning solutions and model designs
• Support and review the build of Anaplan models, applications, and reporting structures
• Work with stakeholders to improve planning processes across finance and/or operations
• Guide data integration approaches and ensure alignment with broader system landscapes
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing advisory input and solution direction
• Contribute to engagement planning, delivery oversight, and team coordination
• Participate in client development activities, including proposals and relationship building
• Support internal initiatives such as methodology development and knowledge sharing
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Candidate Profile

• Experience delivering Anaplan solutions in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Strong understanding of planning processes (financial planning, supply chain, or operational planning)
• Hands-on capability in model design, build, and optimization within Anaplan
• Familiarity with data flows, integrations, and connected planning concepts
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate requirements into structured solutions
• Experience contributing to or leading project workstreams or small teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Anaplan certification is preferred

• Candidates should be based in, or open to relocating to, Calgary, AB
• This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations
• Travel may be required depending on project needs
