Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with experience in office management, data entry, and administrative tasks. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office functions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Duties - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks - Assist with filing, document proofreading, and organizing office supplies to ensure an efficient workspace - Support bookkeeping tasks and basic financial record keeping - Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars for staff members - Handle administrative correspondence, prepare reports, and assist with administrative projects as needed - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to clients and company operations Experience - Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting - Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills - Experience with front desk duties and multi-line phone systems is preferred - Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus, including dental receptionist or dental office experience - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and document management - Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism Job Type: Full time Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour Benefits - On-site parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pbc81
