The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Administrative Assistant to support our team in Calgary. This role is integral to the day-to-day operations of our office and will provide administrative support across the business while helping to create a welcoming and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. They are a strong communicator, enjoy working in a team workplace, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Provide administrative support to the Mancal Properties team, including senior leadership as required - Accounts payable entry into our accounting software - Coordinate and manage office operations such as mail, courier deliveries, supplies, and filing systems - Provide assist to our Development team as required - Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence - Organize and maintain electronic and paper records in an accurate and timely manner - Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and arrange meeting logistics (both internal and external) - Ensure boardrooms and common areas are organized and presentable - Assist with travel arrangements and expense submissions - Support invoice processing and basic record-keeping activities - Assist with event planning, team meetings, and occasional corporate functions - Act as a professional first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications - Provide back-up support to other administrative team members as needed - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications & Experience - 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role - Post-secondary education in business administration or accounting (or equivalent experience) would be an asset - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail - A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pcysw
