We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Receptionist / Patient Experience Representative to join our Med Spa Division. We are looking for a professional and reliable Call Answering Agent to handle inbound calls for med spas and aesthetic clinics over north America You will be responsible for answering calls, booking appointments, taking messages, handling reschedules, and providing excellent customer service to every caller. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, a warm phone presence, great attention to detail, and the ability to follow scripts and procedures. Responsibilities include: - Answering inbound calls professionally - Booking and rescheduling appointments - Collecting caller information - Taking clear messages - Following client instructions and call scripts - Providing excellent customer service - Communicating updates to the team Requirements: - Excellent spoken English - Reliable internet and computer - Quiet work workplace - Strong communication skills - Customer service or call answering experience preferred - Med spa, clinic, receptionist, or appointment booking experience is an asset Please apply with your resume and a short message explaining why you would be a strong fit.
