FAST FOOD STORE MANAGER (Calgary)

We are looking for a store manager to help grow our newest location at Chinook Centre Wetzel’s Pretzels Bakery!!! Wetzel’s Pretzels is an on-site bakery producing hot, craveable, hand-made pretzels that are best in class. We make both sweet and savoury options to delight the masses. Pair them with a variety of delicious dip options and top it off with some fresh lemonade and you’ve got a delightful mall snack! Skills Required - Customer service focused, Energetic, outgoing, friendly personality - Open availability - Loyal, trustworthy - Ability to work in a fast paced setting - Sales goal orientated - Available weekends and holidays - Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the bakery. - Able to work independently and multitask as well as manage a team - Able to delegate tasks to team members and ensure the bakery is running as efficiently as possible - Able to operate bakery equipment (minimum age requirements may apply) - Must be able to think outside the box and handle any day to day issues that arise - Microsoft Excel proficiency recommended Education and Experience: - Previous supervisor or management experience required - High school diploma or higher - Food service experience recommended - POS experience a must - Customer service skills, upselling training an asset - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. - You must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods. - Must be eligible to work in Canada and have Permanent residency Job Type: Full time Salary: $20/ hr with a review after 6 months, tips, employee loyalty bonus program, manager bonuses based on performance, medical and health benefits package Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour Benefits: - Extended health care Experience: - retail management or supervisor: 1 year (required) - Food service: 1 year (preferred) Language: - English (required) Licence/Certification: - Food Safety Certification (preferred) Location: - Calgary, AB (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pd7fv
