Job Description As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is essential in ensuring efficient product handling and maintaining accurate inventory while following company safety standards. Key Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately. - Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. - Maintain organized inventory and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits. - Ensure products are properly labeled and stored in designated locations. - Assist with loading and unloading deliveries. - Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Follow company procedures and safety policies at all times. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous warehouse experience is considered an asset. - Experience with NetSuite or other warehouse management systems is an asset. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are an asset. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Physical ability to lift and move boxes, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. - Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
