Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions across various departments. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an engaging work environment where organizational excellence and customer support are valued. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient office operations while providing outstanding service to clients and staff alike. Duties - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks - Assist with filing, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to ensure smooth office workflow - Support bookkeeping and basic financial recordkeeping for the organization - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally - Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and manage calendars for staff members - Support medical or dental office functions if applicable, including patient check-in/out and insurance documentation - Maintain organized office supplies inventory and order as needed - Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and ensure compliance with company policies Skills - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications - Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy workplace - Exceptional data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail - Proven clerical experience, including filing, proofreading, and document management - Customer service expertise with professional phone etiquette and support skills - Familiarity with front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office setting - Medical or dental office experience is a plus but not required; relevant experience in administrative roles is essential - Robust computer skills, including familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting Benefits - Dental care - Extended health care - In office parking - Paid time off Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.92-$20.00 per hour Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pfc9e
