Aplin is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant in downtown Calgary for a temporary role supporting senior executives. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements effectively. This in-office position covers a temporary assignment from June 22 to July 17, focusing on supporting a team of six C-suite executives. You'll be responsible for complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and high-level administrative tasks. Your ability to organize and communicate effectively will be key in adapting to a quick-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage complex calendars for C-suite executives • Coordinate meetings with executives and international contacts • Monitor and manage executive inboxes and communications • Support travel coordination and handle schedule changes • Assist with meeting preparation and ad-hoc requests Requirements: • Proven Executive Assistant experience with senior teams • Advanced skills in Outlook and calendar management • Solid communication skills to work in a demanding environment • Highly organized with the ability to pivot quickly • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Support senior leadership with your administrative expertise in this energetic role.
