You are a name and not a number.- Group Insurance coverage for all full time employees to suit you and your family.What we look for:- 2 - 3 years of retail sales experience, jewellery or luxury retail sales is desirable.- Proven ability to deliver results in a sales driven and/or highly measured environment.- Ability to ensure that the store is staffed appropriately, according to the established guidelines by being proactive and building a pipeline of potential candidates.- Manage and coach all Brand Ambassadors to enable them to hit their target as well as store target.
