Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk. - Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately. - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. - Handle filing, correspondence, and general administrative tasks. - Support bookkeeping activities and manage office supplies. - Assist with customer service inquiries and support farm-related administrative needs. - Maintain organization of documents and ensure confidentiality. - Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency.
