The role of the Front Desk Host is to maintain the highest customer service standards, schedule services, educate customers on our services and products, and maintain our high cleanliness and health standards. This is a Full Time position. Monday's 10-6, Tuesday's 10 -5, Wednesday 10 - 5, Thursday 10 -5 and Friday's 10-6. Some requirements: -You must be a beauty care fanatic! -Previous experience within the industry (spa, beauty, cosmetics, fashion) is fantastic. -Previous sales experience is a must. Retail sales experience is a definite advantage. -Excellent customer service skills. -Enthusiastic and extremely personable. -Strong sense of current fashion and style. -Above average communication skills - both verbal and written. -Reliable, dependable and self-motivated.
