We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our agile front-of-house team. Position Overview As a Server at Lusi, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences. You’ll deliver attentive, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining our high standards of hospitality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing menus and sharing daily specials Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system Deliver food and drinks efficiently while following proper sanitation and food-handling standards Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas Address guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service Qualifications Minimum 2 years of serving experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Experience with POS systems (Square experience is an asset) Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures Energetic, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude ProServe certification required Knowledge of Italian cuisine is an asset Team-oriented with a solid customer service mindset Hours & Compensation Hours: Part-time positions available Day and evening shifts Weekend availability required Compensation: $15/hour + competitive gratuities Additional Benefits Extended health benefits available Staff food discounts If you’re passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating positive guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
