The ideal candidate will manage a condo community's daily operations and carry out policies set by the condo board. With a high focus on customer service, we are looking for a candidate with the following attributes: RECA Condo Management License IS REQUIRED, or EXPERIENCE at company in the Condo Management field (with plans to work towards licensing) Experience in building construction/maintenance/warranty, especially in Multi-Family, is a definite asset and we will train you for the role Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through Basic financial knowledge, including budgeting and financial statements Knowledge of the Condominium Property Act and financial regulations is an asset General computer systems knowledge Driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience in Condo Management is considered an asse Quarter Park provides the following: Opportunity for growth and career advancement Training programs Cell phone allowance Mileage for own vehicle use Benefits And a Great Company Culture!
