KPOP FRIENDS – Retail Store Staff Hiring Location: Market Mall, Calgary, AB About Us KPOP FRIENDS is a specialty official K-pop retail store offering official albums, merchandise, photocards, light sticks, and fan collectibles. We are looking for enthusiastic team members who enjoy K-pop culture and want to help create a fun shopping experience for customers. 1. Retail Sales Associate (Part time / Full-Time) Main Responsibilities - Customer service and cashier duties - Product merchandising and shelf stocking - Inventory organization and stock management - Maintaining store cleanliness and appearance - Assisting customers with product inquiries - Supporting store operations as needed 2. Supervisor / Store Manager (Full-Time) Main Responsibilities - Staff supervision and scheduling support - Daily store operations management - Inventory monitoring and product ordering - Sales performance and merchandising oversight - Training and supporting team members - Maintaining excellent customer service standards Highly Preferred - Active K-pop fan with knowledge of popular groups and artists - Retail sales experience - Weekend, holiday, and closing shift availability - Korean language skills ( especially Supervisor/Manager positions) - Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or other social media content creation - Graphic design, photo editing, or video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) are considered an asset Compensation - Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and position level - Part-time and full-time opportunities available Join Us and Grow Together KPOP FRIENDS is excited to open its first location in Calgary and begin an exciting new chapter in Canada.
