PBS Software Trainer - Fixed Ops (Calgary)

Contribute to automotive innovation as a Software Trainer with PBS in Calgary, Alberta. In this full-time, permanent STT Trainer – Fixed Ops role, you will develop expertise in PBS software while facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions. Emphasizing customer engagement and satisfaction, you will also support recent software implementations, maintain accurate documentation, and foster positive relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Learn all aspects of PBS software for training - Train customers in assigned modules efficiently - Address training requests from clients promptly - Document changes and share knowledge with the team - Monitor customer engagement to ensure needs are met Requirements: - 1-2 years’ experience in Fixed Operations at a dealership - Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite required - Valid driver’s license and passport for travel - Excellent public speaking and communication skills - Commitment to ongoing learning and development Leverage your automotive background to drive success in software training with PBS.
