Sampro is an asset byJob Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions across various departments. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Sampro , and Microsoft Office is an asset. Responsibilities - Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk - Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately - Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Sampro, and other relevant software. Sampro is an asset by willing to train - Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically - Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate calendar activities for staff members - Support bookkeeping and invoicing processes using Sampro accounting software - Ordering material for job and schedule work - Support office operations, and other clerical duties as needed - Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained properly - Help with office cleaning duties - Make Weekly or Daily Deposit to the bank - Work closely with with the Quotation Team as well as Accounting Team Qualifications - Proven experience in office administration - Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), , and data entry software - Experience with Sampro is a plus but willing to train - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment - Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism - Robust attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy - Prior experience working at the front desk or handling multi-line phone systems preferred This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our administrative team while developing your skills in a dynamic work environment.
