Lead Full Stack Software Developer (Calgary)

Excitement for the job and what we are building. We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. This person would be collaborating closely with design team, lead developers (in place), and management team. The role is part of the creative process on this exciting startup company. Typescript React Combining to develop front end website architecture. Some designing of user interactions on web pages. Creating servers and databases for functionality. Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. Seeing through a project from conception to finished product. Meeting both technical and consumer needs. Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Robust organizational and project management skills. Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as CSS and JavaScript. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber, Elm, Vue.JS Familiarity with database technology such as Aurora, PostSQL, MongoDB, MySQL This position is requesting to be funded by the Government of Canada under the Innovation, Science, and Economic Development of Canada, Digital Skills for Youth program.
