Graphic Designer for Student Experience (Calgary)

Become a key part of the Strategy & Communications Team at the University of Calgary as a full time Graphic Designer for Student Experience and Support. Collaborate with marketing specialists to create engaging digital and print designs. This position supports the Marketing and Communications team and requires working effectively under tight deadlines. Your responsibilities will include producing creative assets for various communications initiatives, ensuring quality and brand consistency across all designs. Key Responsibilities: - Produce creative assets for social media and print - Prepare images and files for digital and print use - Deliver clean, organized artwork based on feedback - Ensure all design work meets deadlines and specifications - Organize a library of design resources for future projects Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma with 2 years experience - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles - Attention to detail and quality control - Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint design Create impactful designs supporting student experience initiatives at UCalgary while honing your creative skills in a collaborative environment.
