CUPS Family Case Manager Opportunity (Calgary)

CUPS is seeking a Family Intensive Case Manager in Calgary to provide trauma-informed support. This full time role focuses on fostering housing stability and community connections for families. As part of our Community Development Team, you will engage with up to 15 families to deliver personalized support in navigating their challenges. Your role will include coordinating resources, facilitating peer support, and building community connections that promote long-term housing and health stability. You will also ensure the accessibility and effectiveness of our Resource Rooms. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver holistic support during case conferences - Facilitate community involvement through events - Conduct culturally sensitive assessments and interventions - Collaborate with external partners for client needs - Ensure Resource Rooms are welcoming and responsive Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in human services field - 3-4 years of experience with families in need - Basic First Aid & CPR certification is required - Knowledge of Calgary's social services - Effective communication abilities Drive positive change within the community by supporting Calgary’s families in their journey toward stability.
