Description The Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary invites applications for a Sessional Instructor(s) to teach Fall 2026 MGST 451 (Corporate Governance & Ethical Decision-Making). Classes in the Fall 2026 semester run from September 1 to December 4, 2026. Registrar Scheduled Exams will take place between December 8 to December 18, 2026, if applicable. MGST 451 (Corporate Governance and Ethical Decision-Making) LEC 01 Monday/Wednesday 9:30am - 10:45am LEC 04 Monday/Wednesday 2:00pm - 3:15pm LEC 06 Tuesday/Thursday 3:30pm - 4:45pm LEC 07 Tuesday/Thursday 5:00pm - 6:15pm The calendar description of the course: "Develop an increased awareness of the importance of corporate governance systems and strong financial decision-making systems in developing effective business enterprises. Specific emphasis on the resolution of agency problems, the role of the board of directors, compensation systems and financial modelling."
