As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to help strengthen and scale the next stage of our sales organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands sales, marketing, business growth, and relationship-building at a meaningful level. We are looking for someone with a strong ownership mentality. Someone proactive, organized, commercially sharp, and execution-oriented. Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, creating momentum, and contributing directly to growth rather than waiting for direction. You will work closely with leadership while contributing directly to: - pipeline growth - consultations - outbound initiatives - follow-ups - sales organization - relationship development - operational improvements within the sales process This role is ideal for someone who wants to contribute beyond simply “doing sales.” The right person will have the opportunity to help shape systems, improve performance, strengthen business development efforts, and grow alongside a company with significant momentum and long-term ambition. What You’ll Be Responsible ForBusiness Development & Sales - Manage opportunities from discovery to close - Lead consultations, presentations, proposals, and follow-ups - Build solid relationships with business owners and decision-makers - Identify strategic growth opportunities for businesses - Contribute directly to outbound prospecting and pipeline generation - Support referral and relationship-driven business development - Help strengthen business development systems and execution Sales Infrastructure & Organization - Help improve pipeline management and sales organization - Support CRM organization and follow-up accountability - Help improve consultation systems and workflows - Assist in developing repeatable sales processes and SOPs - Help improve close rates and sales consistency - Work directly with leadership to strengthen the operational foundation of the sales division Strategic Growth Conversations - Identify opportunities across digital marketing, advertising, lead generation, branding, websites, analytics, and conversion strategy - Communicate strategic recommendations confidently - Help position GrowME as a strategic growth partner - Lead value-driven business conversations focused on growth and opportunity What Makes Someone Successful Here - Strong ownership mentality - Naturally proactive and self-driven - Strong communication and relationship-building ability - Organized and operationally sharp - Strong consultative sales instincts - Comfortable contributing directly to outreach and pipeline growth - Passion for marketing, business, and growth - Strong follow-through and accountability - Ability to build trust with business owners and leadership teams - Strategic thinker with practical execution ability - Competitive mindset with leadership potential - Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments Important About This Role This role is hands-on.
