(right next door to our current location) with the idea after being trained in Murrieta's you'll come across to Alva with the team About the Role We’re seeking confident and professional Bartenders to join our front-of-house team and help deliver a seamless, memorable dining experience to every guest. This opportunity is open to both Full-Time and Casual applicants. As a bartender, you will take ownership of your section behind our bar — providing warm, intuitive service, strong product knowledge, and precise attention to detail throughout each service. Working closely with senior FOH leaders, you’ll play a key role in maintaining service flow, upselling responsibly, and ensuring guests feel genuinely looked after from arrival to farewell.
