Janitorial Operations Manager (Calgary)

We are seeking career-focused individuals interested in a supervisory role for a nationwide facilities services company. A great deal of independence is given with this position, and as such, time management and self-motivation skills are essential. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Manage client accounts and deal with issues that arise. - Flexible schedule needed to respond to client concerns. - Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients. - Using problem-solving skills to deal with issues on the job. - Be a trainer for the cleaning crew on our company standards.
