Digital Shift is searching for a motivated Client Communications Specialist. This position focuses on fostering strong client relationships and delivering successful marketing campaigns. You will engage with clients, lead onboarding, and ensure on-time task delivery while maximizing client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the lead contact for client account management • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Conduct monthly review calls and onboard new clients • Review project completions and ensure timely delivery • Collaborate with teams to assess campaign success
