Warehouse Cleaning Supervisor (Calgary)

Commercial Cleaning Services (CCS) is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a logistics warehouse in Calgary, AB. CCS is a rapidly growing Building Service Contractor with over 250 clients and 1,500 employees across Canada. Shift: Sunday to Thursday10:30 pm to 7:00 am$18.50 What We Offer 18.50 CAD hourly Comprehensive workplace benefits Opportunities for growth and advancement Position Requirements: Oversee janitorial staff, Site Supervisors, and Shift Supervisors Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards; take corrective action as needed Resolve client concerns and prevent recurrence Recommend or coordinate additional services such as equipment repairs, replacements, or periodic work Train staff on CCS quality and safety standards Promote a safe work workplace and ensure adherence to safe operating procedures Use technology tools to complete checkpoints, close deficiencies, order supplies, and manage work order Ensure equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored Candidate Profile: 1+ years of supervisory experience in the janitorial industry, preferably in a warehouse environment Strong knowledge of cleaning best practices, including sustainable products, tools, and equipment Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop highperforming teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Commitment to Inclusion Commercial Cleaning Services values diversity and inclusion and is committed to respecting the Indigenous and First Nations communities on whose land we operate.
