We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Receptionist / Patient Experience Representative to join our Med Spa Division. We are looking for a professional and reliable Call Answering Agent to handle inbound calls for med spas and aesthetic clinics over north America You will be responsible for answering calls, booking appointments, taking messages, handling reschedules, and providing excellent customer service to every caller. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, a warm phone presence, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow scripts and procedures.
