Custodian (Cambridge)

Position Title: Custodian Department: Plant Management Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor OVERVIEW Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Custodian will ensures safe and clean facilities and work areas by performing routine custodial and janitorial duties, and other maintenance work as required. The incumbent will work with supervisors and other custodial staff to deliver the Eclipse Vision and Eclipse Culture. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Execution: - Ensure all buildings are kept clean - Empty and clean waste-baskets and trash containers - Maintain supply inventory and stock supply closet as required - Clean, disinfect, dust and wipe equipment, furniture, fixtures as needed - Clean washroom facilities - Sweep, mop , vacuum floor surfaces as needed - Perform other duties as required - Ability to work in a team environment and actively participate in group meetings safely - Ensure scheduled milestones are met - Notify the appropriate departments if milestones are not met - Adhere to the Eclipse Project Operating Policy - Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and or travel as required in varying timelines - Maintain positive corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate Vision - Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc.
