In this role, the Production Supervisor supervises a team to ensure safety and quality in aluminum product manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in production, along with a background in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing. You'll lead scheduling efforts, address production delays promptly, and participate in training initiatives to enhance team performance.
