Qualifications - 1 or more years of experience in TIG/MIG welding, sheet metal, or welding in manufacturing. - Committed to being at work, every day and on time. Job Duties & Responsibilities - Perform welding tasks using TIG/MIG welding techniques on aluminum & stainless. - Read and interpret blueprints to execute welding projects accurately. - Utilize hand and power tools to prepare materials for welding. - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with welding equipment. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. - Continuously improve welding skills and techniques through training and practice.
