Elevate resident care as a Registered Practical Nurse with S&R; Group. In this full-time role, you will lead rehabilitation efforts and support frontline teams to enhance resident outcomes. As the Resident Care Coordinator and Rehab Lead at S&R; Group, your leadership directly impacts daily care practices in the home. You will utilize your clinical expertise in geriatric nursing, managing rehabilitation programs and leading a dedicated PSW team. Your proactive approach ensures that resident-directed care principles are upheld while promoting quality improvement initiatives.
