About the Role Excelsior Works is looking for a strategic and performance-minded Brand Media & Growth Manager to help scale and optimize our brand presence across Canada. This role will oversee media planning, audience strategy, campaign amplification, and paid distribution across channels including Connected TV (CTV), Online Video (OLV), audio, display, and programmatic media. We’re looking for someone who understands both brand and performance marketing - someone capable of balancing reach, efficiency, creative effectiveness, and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and deeply familiar with modern media ecosystems and consumer attention trends. This role will work cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, CRM, Product, Creative, and external agency partners to help position us as one of Canada’s most recognizable and culturally relevant gaming brands. Key Responsibilities: Media Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute integrated media strategies across digital and brand channels - Plan and manage campaigns across CTV, OLV, YouTube, paid social, audio, display, and programmatic platforms - Build regional media strategies tailored to key Canadian markets, audiences, and seasonal moments - Support campaign launches, media flighting, and cross-channel amplification initiatives Campaign Management & Optimization - Monitor campaign pacing, performance, budget allocation, and optimization opportunities - Analyze KPIs including reach, frequency, view-through rates, engagement, traffic, conversion, and brand impact metrics - Partner with creative and content teams to improve campaign effectiveness and creative performance - Deliver actionable reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership Agency & Vendor Management - Manage relationships with media agencies, publishers, platform representatives, and external vendors - Evaluate new media opportunities, sponsorship integrations, and audience expansion strategies - Assist in negotiating placements, added-value integrations, and partnership opportunities Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Brand, Growth, CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to align campaign strategies and objectives - Help bridge upper-funnel brand activity with acquisition and retention goals - Support campaign recaps, leadership reporting, and long-term media planning initiatives Qualifications: - 4-7+ years of experience in media planning, integrated marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising - Experience managing campaigns across CTV, OLV, YouTube, paid social, and programmatic channels - Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign and audience performance data - Understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies and modern consumer media behavior - Experience managing agency and vendor relationships - Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Benefits: - Competitive compensation package with a strong base salary and regular bi-monthly payroll - Performance-based annual bonus tied to major company growth milestones - Prospect to contribute to a high-growth organization with ambitious revenue targets - Clear employment terms and structured compensation agreement - Exposure to a fast-scaling environment with meaningful career growth opportunities Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o9oh7
