Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team in a dynamic food service environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in baking, cake decorating, and food handling while contributing to a positive customer experience. Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of food items, including baked goods and desserts, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Decorate cakes and pastries with attention to detail and creativity Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols Package products efficiently for sale or delivery while ensuring proper labeling and storage Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations Support team members during busy periods by assisting with various kitchen tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided Skills in cake decorating, baking, and food presentation are a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Robust communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers and team members Experience with food preparation, cooking, packaging, and kitchen operations is desirable Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately Join our team to gain valuable experience in the food industry while delivering exceptional products and service to our customers.
