Job Description You will manage the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs. Develop organizational policies relevant to the facilities department. Oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion. May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the productive operation of the function. You will report to the Manager, EHS and work onsite in Cambridge, ON. Your Responsibilities: Support maintenance of production tooling and equipment. Ensure safe working practices for maintenance teams and contractors. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance processes Tracking maintenance expenses and managing operational budgets. Oversee spareparts inventory and place orders as needed. Understanding of safety and security protocols for staff and thirdparty contractors. Coordinate offsite space needs and facilityrelated logistics. Working with thirdparty contractors for facility and equipment maintenance. Support afterhours facility or equipment emergencies. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor''s Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience. Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future for this job opening. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: 3+ years of experience developing facilitymaintenance roadmaps and preparing budget proposals. Knowledge of energysaving programs and costreduction strategies. Background in Lean manufacturing and continuousimprovement methodologies. Experience driving 5S and safeworkstandard programs. Identify and implement process improvements across facilities and maintenance. Experience coordinating facility upgrades, expansions, and contractor activities. Familiarity with managing offsite office or overflow space. Support longterm facility planning and capitalbudget execution. For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $83,600- $125,400 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary.
