FLAT ROOFER/SERVICE TECH Duties: - Looking for a well rounded individual and team player with experience in installing and repairing all types of Flat Roof systems including: 2 ply mod bit, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR ,Skylights and fabricating custom metal capping and flashings for flat roof/residential roof applications is an asset - Measure, cut, and shape components using hand tools and metal brake and cutting machinery including fabricating S locks- Measure, cut, and shape metal components using hand tools and metal brake and cutting machinery including fabricating S locks - Join metal pieces together using various techniques - Able to problem solve and task oriented - Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications - nstall metal components in accordance with project plans - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Requirements: - Proficient in flat roof systems - Skilled in metal fabrication techniques such as "S" lock joints and starter strip joints etc - Knowledge and experience in the roofing industry is an asset - Ability to use hand tools and operate machinery safely and accurately - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision - Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require moderate to heavy lifting or prolonged standing Certifications: an asset not required (training available as required) - Working at heights - Aerial work platform (genie lift) - Supervisor awareness training - First Aid - Whmis - Drivers licence with clean record Please submit your resume highlighting your relevant experience.
