At Challenger, part of the Fastfrate Group, we are searching for a dedicated Apprentice Mechanic (310T) to join our Maintenance Department. You will be involved in daily maintenance tasks while learning from experienced professionals. This permanent position allows you to engage in preventative work while building critical skills through ongoing training and support from your team.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform daily maintenance and repairs on trucks • Follow work order instructions and document repairs • Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests • Assist in identifying needed repairs and sourcing parts • Maintain cleanliness of the maintenance shop

Requirements:• Ontario 310T Certification or in training • Valid G-class driver’s license necessary • 2-5 years mechanic exposure is beneficial • Knowledge in air brake systems and diagnostics • Commitment to learning and tool acquisition necessary
