Description
Job Overview TD Canada Trust is hiring a Mobile Mortgage Specialist to join our mobile mortgage sales force. The role supports the full mortgage sales cycle, targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence while promoting TD’s mortgage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and personalized service.
Target and nurture referral sources, including realtors, builders, and financial planners.
Conduct sales calls, present mortgage options, and follow up to close business.
Use the sales management system to track activities, manage pipelines, and report results.
Participate in monthly coaching sessions and joint sales calls with the Sales Manager.
Maintain the activity and sales standards set by TD’s mobile mortgage team.
Qualifications
Proven sales track record with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer‑service skills.
Self‑starter, independent professional capable of managing a portfolio in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication preferred.
Post‑secondary education (preferred).
