We're looking for candidates with a diploma or degree in a relevant field and at least three years of administrative experience. Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for the engineering staff • Prepare and maintain engineering documentation and correspondence • Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met • Administer Teamcenter documentation processes • Handle procurement of non-flight parts and requisitions

Requirements:• Diploma or degree in business administration or technical discipline • Minimum of 3 years in administrative support, ideally in engineering • Eligibility for CGP and CSP security clearance
