Custodial Associate for Hard Surface Cleaning, Cambridge

Step into a critical role as a Custodial Associate focused on maintaining hard surfaces and areas of high traffic. Operate cleaning machinery and manage waste removal effectively in a supportive environment.

Working weeknights from 5 PM to 8:30 PM, you will ensure the cleanliness of all hard floors, restrooms, and office spaces in this important position. Your prior experience with cleaning equipment will enable you to maintain high cleanliness standards, while your detail-oriented approach will guarantee that all areas are well-kept and inviting. Enthusiasm for hands-on work is essential.

Key Responsibilities:• Clean and maintain all hard floor surfaces thoroughly • Detail washrooms and higher dusting areas effectively • Manage dusting, vacuuming, and garbage removal • Safely operate and transport cleaning machinery • Dispose of waste correctly to maintain cleanliness

Requirements:• At least 6 months' experience operating cleaning equipment • Excellent attention to cleanliness and detail • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Comfortable with flexible weeknight schedules • Dedication to a clean and safe working environment
