Our client is looking for a top-tier SEO Expert who specializes in HubSpot. You won't just be "tweaking keywords" your goal is to make our client the #1 online resource for companies looking to manage their work orders and maintenance teams. Reporting to the Media Director, the SEO & Growth Specialist leads the charge in turning Google searches into actual business leads. What You’ll Be Doing - Targeting the Right People: Instead of chasing random traffic, you’ll focus on keywords used by managers ready to buy software. - Master the HubSpot CMS: You’ll take full ownership of our HubSpot website. You’ll fix technical issues, improve page speeds, and structure the site so it’s easy for both humans and Google to use. - Building Outstanding Content: You’ll help create deep-dive guides and comparison articles that prove our software is the best choice for maintenance professionals. - Turning Visitors into Leads: You’ll design and test ways to get people to sign up for demos, like building ROI calculators or custom pop-up forms. - Managing Ads: You’ll run our Google and LinkedIn ads to make sure we show up at the top of the page, whether through paid or organic results. - Tracking Results: You’ll show the leadership team exactly how your work is bringing in new customers and revenue. Who You Are - The Data Expert: You love tools like Google Search Console and SEO marketing platforms like Ahrefs. You know exactly what it takes to rank first in the software world. - The HubSpot Expert: You don't just "use" HubSpot; you understand how to customize it, manage the backend, and build high-performing pages without needing a hand to hold. - The Problem Solver: You understand the "headaches" of maintenance managers (like messy paperwork) and can write content that offers them a real solution. - The Lead Generator: You are obsessed with numbers and making sure visitors actually book a demo. What You Need to Have - Experience: 5+ years doing SEO for software companies (SaaS). - HubSpot Skills: You must be an expert in the HubSpot CMS. - Industry Knowledge: You understand (or can learn fast) how maintenance and field service businesses work. - Reporting Skills: You know how to use data to prove that SEO is making the company money.
