The Influencer Marketing Specialist will lead BET99’s creator and influencer strategy across Canada, driving customer acquisition, brand growth, and cultural relevance. This role is responsible for building and scaling high-impact creator partnerships and community-driven campaigns that align with key moments in sports, entertainment, and culture. Vacancy Status: New Responsibilities: Creator & Influencer Strategy: - Own the national creator and influencer strategy across sports, entertainment, and cultural calendars - Develop creator campaigns that drive: - Customer acquisition - Community growth - Brand trust - Cultural relevance Creator Partnerships (End-to-End Management) - Lead paid creator partnerships end-to-end, including: - Sourcing and outreach - Negotiation and contracting - Brief development and execution - Deliverable management - Post-campaign reporting Creator Network & Community Building - Build and scale an always-on creator network and community - Identify emerging Canadian creators, regional voices, and community-driven opportunities - Develop creator-first briefs that balance performance goals with authentic engagement - Oversee regional creator strategies across key markets (Ontario, Quebec, Alberta) Content & Campaign Development - Build and execute creator programs to support: - Major sporting events - Hospitality partnerships - National sponsorships - Local activations Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with: - National & Regional Marketing - Content - Partnerships - Affiliate - Legal & Compliance Performance & Operational Management - Own creator budgets, forecasting, and ROI analysis - Track and optimize against key metrics, including: - FTDs - CPA - Engagement, reach, shares, and saves - Community sentiment - Build scalable creator databases, frameworks, and internal processes - Deliver post-campaign reports with clear, actionable insights Skills and Qualifications: - 5+ years in influencer, creator, or digital marketing - Robust understanding of: - Canadian sports & entertainment culture - iGaming/sports betting - Creator ecosystems and affiliate/community marketing - Experience managing creators across Instagram/TikTok/X/YouTube - Deep familiarity with performance marketing and regulated industries - Strong commercial mindset balancing acquisition with brand-building - Ability to support ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives beyond the core SOW and day-to-day scope. - Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional leadership skills Why Join BET99?
