Support Valard’s safety initiatives as a Construction Site Safety Advisor, focusing on multiple sites near Guelph. Foster a culture of safety and compliance in construction environments. This role centers on providing field support to safety supervisors, foremen, and workers across Jarvis and Elora sites. As the Site Safety Advisor, you will ensure safety plans are effectively implemented, conduct regular site audits, and help resolve safety-related issues as they arise. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for facilitating a secure work setting.
