Seeking a strategic leader to enhance our cybersecurity and ensure seamless IT services. As the Manager of IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security, you will dive deep into cybersecurity strategies while modernizing our infrastructure. Your expertise will guide teams in optimizing cloud services, overseeing server management, and ensuring compliance with security frameworks. This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration and driving organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: • Drive cybersecurity strategy and roadmap implementations • Oversee vulnerability management and compliance checks • Modernize network infrastructure, enhancing performance and security • Manage cloud service administration, optimizing costs and performance • Resolve Level 3 infrastructure/security tickets and ensure SLA compliance Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field • 5+ years in IT infrastructure with 2 years in leadership roles • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD • Solid networking and cybersecurity framework knowledge • Effective communication and decision-making abilities Enhance our IT systems and security measures while leading a dedicated team in a healthcare-focused setting.
