Lead the afternoon shift operations as a Production Shift Supervisor at our manufacturing facility in Cambridge. Oversee production processes, ensure quality standards, and support your team daily. We’re looking for a motivated Production Shift Supervisor with hands-on experience to manage our afternoon shift at the Main Street production facility. You will supervise employees, coordinating workflow to meet production targets efficiently while upholding safety and quality standards. This permanent, full time role emphasizes leadership and the ability to improve processes through attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: • Lead day-to-day operations of the afternoon shift • Supervise and develop production and loading staff • Plan and coordinate workflow to fulfill production targets • Ensure compliance with HACCP and company safety protocols • Monitor attendance and productivity, implementing workplace policies Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred • 5+ years in production or manufacturing settings • 3–5 years in supervisory roles with leadership experience • Knowledge of HACCP and quality control standards • Valid G-class driver’s license with forklift experience Utilize your leadership skills and production expertise to ensure operational excellence at our Cambridge facility.
